Someone that I can count on,
Someone that I can trust.
Someone who will respect me,
And not for love nor lust.
Someone who can care for me,
From way down deep inside.
Someone who can talk with me,
And nothing shall they hide.
Someone who can share with me,
Their troubles from the heart.
Be open, kind and honest,
With that we'll never part.
I know the truth inside you,
From your smile which has no end.
With that I know for certain,
You'll ALWAYS be my friend.
