my ex has custody of our daughter and i have weekly visitation. i moved about an hour away and he says its too far to bring her. i found a way to get to macdonalds near her (3miles away) and since he has to work when i can get there he cant bring her but they live with his mother who could easily do it, but she wont cuz she's a c*nt. i've asked him to at least bring her on his day off in the evening so i could give her her gifts in person and he's hedging. i've already decided to take him to court...so the question is.
a) do i tell him hoping that it will shake them up and be reasonable
or
b) just nail them when they arent looking |
