Yesterday(Monday) when I was pulling into town to get to our drive way off the highway, Hrothgar (my hubbie) was comen outside the front door, at first I thought he was going for the mail box but instead he was heading towards the car, clasping his chest, So me call 911 told them i was on my way to the hospital with him and what was going on with him, Passed 2 cops doing 80mph, ya i figure i would get a ticket but it would be worth it, got him to the hospital they got him stable and life flight him back to the Nebraska Heart hospital, by the time I got there they already checked the stint he just got 10 days ago and saw that it and another artery was completely blocked agian.... thanks to fucken VA refussing to fill his medications that he was to be on. ANy ways he ended up getting a double bypass open heart surgery, they didn't take him off vent till 8am this morning, they then started slowly getting back awake and taking some of the IV's and heart drain tube out, NO haven't been to bed yet, stayed awake all nite at hospital, wanted to be there when he woke up and had vent off. Now that is done, going to take a shower and crash for a while. Then eat and head back up there, please light a candle and add us to your prayers. Trish

Well this was a very interesting weekend. Between being at the farm so my brother could fix my tire, seeing my nices and nephews, spending time with them and my sisters and brothers , crashing at siss after a nite of parting which i needed really bad. I am ready to get some sleep and head to class in the morning. This week so far is class and dealing with Docs on Hubbie. He has his good and bad days but more bad then good. Just hope the VA stop dicken around and let him get his medication filled, ya he not had any since being in the hospital cause VA don't think the other doc's are good enough... that the government for u... think they are better then anyone else. but any ways hope to get him going on meds to help heal his body, he not doing much will what he can get away with when i not look or ain't home to bust him on..lol Well think I am going to go crash this old body is wore out from the weekend have a good monday. chow for now.. me

Okay made it to class Monday.. talked to my instructors about what happen and all that plus went to finacal aide to see about the new pell grants I got to make sure that it was going to cover my schooling. Ya was kinda hopen that I could draw money on one of them to help pay bills but they all are tied to the tuition which is okay with me cause then I don't have to worry about monthly payments to the school. Which by the way so far my mid-term grade is an A for the class and a B+ on exams. As for hubbie, very weak still and gets dizzy really easy, which to a point is expected. He is going to be very limited on what he can and can not do that for sure till he gets his strength back. As for me, ya I finally broke down last nite while he was holding me. I still cry off and on but that normal for me any ways. Now just have to figure out what next. Money is will none right now and tryen to figure out shit is really getting to me. But I know we will make it one way or another. Well can't think of anything else thank you to all that prayed for us, please keep them going he really isn't out of the woods yet, a lot of healing and doctors visits in the future for us that for sure. I just hope he never stops the little things, only thing I can not see him do as of right now is dance nakie on the table to make me smile. me.

This past Friday nite while out hunting my husband had a massive heart attack, lucky he was with my brother in law who got ahold of me and we got him to the nearest hospital. There they gave him a lot of blood thinners to start making the blood flow more smooth, then he was life fliet to Nebraska Hearth Institue which just been open less than a year. They took him straight into OR and did a stint procesure on him. He was on 6 different meds to thin the blood. The major artery in front of the heart was blocked at 100% the others were not blocked. They said if we wouldn't had gotton him to the hospital as fast as we did he wouldn't had made it. First and hope the last time I have to do 70mph on dirt roads at nite that for sure. As for me, I am a bundle of nerves, no I haven't broke down as of yet but know I will after he gets home. I have to be strong for both of us right now. I have class Monday morning then after that going straight to the hospital. I was thinking about skipping class but I know if I do he will be mad at me for doing it, He wants me to graduate just as bad as I do, He backs me up on school that for sure. Have to do a lot of life style changes that for sure, Mainly he has to stop smoking, so I am stoping also, Only have 6 cigs left in this pack and theres isn't any more in the house, I know its going to be hard at first but we can do it. Also not have to watch how I do my cooking, even tho I don't use salt in some of my foods I have to be more careful when shoppen for food to make sure they are low in sodium. They said we can still have our venison,, which sorry but that one thing I got to have. Rather have that then cow any day. He can't have bacon but we make ours out of the rib meat off the deer so that will still be in our diet. He will be on a lot of medications now, I just hope that VA will cover cause there be no way that we can. ANy ways fingers crossed I be bringing him home after school tomarrow... I miss my teady bear that for sure. I will keep you posted on whats going on. trish

Well survived working last nite and this morning. Plus getting text from hubbie regarding our pup having puppies by 7 am today she had 8 live births and 1 dead one. 4 boys and 4 girls so she did a good job. She really doing good taking care of them. I got some sleep this morning layen on the floor next to her and the babies. When they whyin sounds like pack of wolves off in the distance really wicked. I have pic up later today or later this weekend not sure when. chow for now.

okay just got this set up and tryen to stay awake since now instead of being cancealed like they told me this morning they call back later today to tell me oh no you do work 12 hrs tonite. Great no sleep and have to work, just about told them to f off but didn't really need to bloody money. So off work here in about an hour hope I can stay awake all bloody nite. Well add more on here later. me
