so i been at my job 2 years. just got new owner like a month ago. hard to communicate with. hes Cambodian. anyways i asked him for a w-2 since im gonna be workin for him now. he acted like he didnt know what i was talking about. i still havent got one. im getting paid more by the hour and in cash. but im not on payroll. altho its nice not to get taxed at the same time i like my refund at the end of the year. and so far i cant claim this last month or so of employment. all he says is its better for me without taxes. so my point is..... ride with it or rat him out?
