As I walk along this moonlight path, I hold you close to me. Every thought, Every memory, Just rushes through my head. They say to leave the past alone, Leave it far behind, Maybe it was never meant to be, And even though I 've let you go, You are still on this moonlight path with me. I feel you so very strongly, I am wondering if we still belong. As the rays of light beam down from the moons face, As the stars shine bright and light up the black night sky, You are still walking with me. Your special touch, Your warm embrace, Your lips like cherries that I love to taste. Your pulsing heart racing with mine, You my dear were the love of all times. As the moons rays light my way, I walk this path where I know you are. It brings me back to you again, Dancing the dance, Feeling the love, Making me want you back again.
