I feel like this needs to be said. I am not bi. I am not bi-curious. I have kissed girls, so don't tell me to not knock til I've tried it. I PREFER men. The way they look, smell, feel....everything. There really is no substitute. And I don't want to be a couple's 'plaything'. Clear enough?
My reality defines who I am as a person. The details are the accessories in my life...I'd be very plain and boring without them.
I'm not an idiot. If you ONLY talk to me from work, I'm gonna assume its because there's someone at home keeping you from misbehaving after normal business hours. Let's just go ahead and fess up at the beginning if there is a girl out there who thinks you're hers.
I don't have any expectations. I just want to have some fun and some good conversation. If it winds up we become ACTUAL friends, bonus. If not, no harm, no foul.
I have naked pictures, yes. But if you're going to sit there and perv them, at least talk to me a little. Hey, send me a drink or something. I'm not asking for expressions of devotion...I guess I just prefer knowing there is a brain somewhere north of the penis.
I'm also starting to get really suspicious of anyone without a salute. How hard is it really?
Okay...I'm done ranting for now. Just don't expect me to believe a bunch of bs and we'll get along fine.

Music is my timeline. My audio memories are rich and vivid. Hearing a song from a specific moment in my life brings back every single sensation. Take while I write this. The song playing brings back the decadence of one incredible night. My heartbeat slows and deepens, my breath a little raspier from the memory. I can see the dark room, blue lit by the television, smell the just showered smell of 'him', feel hands toying with my hair and rubbing my neck. Four minutes of bass and treble, voice and drumbeat create vignets of my past to flip through like a live action scrapbook.
That said, I can listen to almost anything. It is all part of the soundtrack.

I'm interested in meeting a lot of new people. My life is a little too quiet at the moment, and I'm looking to noise it up. I love all kinds of music and movies, I'm a foodie and a gourmet cook (even tried to be a caterer in a past life), I read, sing, dance a little (in the privacy of my own home these days!)....
Bottom line, don't assume we have something in common, show me. I won't shoot you down if you're honest with some snideness and/or creativity. Intelligence and boldness far outweigh Greek god-like features (although if you have all three my number is.....!)

I have a few people on pedestals...probably because I haven't spent enough time with them to know how human they really are. The qualities that got them there? Brilliance, passion, fearlessness, seeing my value and helping me realize it for myself, and above all, a playfulness that will always keep them from getting old. I admire anyone with an adventurous spirit.

I love movies. When I was little, my grandfather ran the projector at the movie theatre. If there was anything I wanted to see, I had to be at his house by 6pm on Tuesday night. I remember being scared to death of Darth Vadar. I snuck into Harper Valley PTA when I was supposed to be watching something with my sister. I watched Excalibur from the projection booth through the little window because they knew I would sneak in anyway! I will watch almost anything if I get to go to the movie theatre. Something about the previews, the smell of popcorn, a cold Coke and a box of Junior Mints gives me a thrill. Call me a cheap, cheesy date, but it will always get a smile out of me!
