Purple reign: Michelle Heaton is belle of the ball in a stunning violet bodice dress at the 21st Anniversary Pink Ribbon Ball

She is a brave campaigner for breast cancer after undergoing a double mastectomy, and Michelle Heaton pulled out all the stops to look incredible in a purple bodice dress at the 21st Anniversary Pink Ribbon Ball.

The Liberty X singer, 36, went for all out glam squeezing her svelte figure into the stunning frock with black and white lace detail on the bust on Saturday night.

The mum-of-two was certainly the belle of the ball turning heads in her elegant ensemble at the annual event in London to raise awareness of breast cancer.

Michelle looked flawless in her deep purple dress which showed off her perfectly toned arms.

Her raven locks were softly curled and tumbled down her back and shoulders.

She chose delicate drop earrings and a matching silver necklace to accessorize her look, as well as a silver bracelet to offset her stunning wedding ring.

Michelle ramped up her wow factor when it came to her make-up.

She looked sultry with a smokey-eye and bold lashes, and used a frosted pink lipstick to perfect her pout.

Michelle joined a host of stars at the event including host Kate Thornton, and pop group Bastille.

TV presenter Kate Thornton opted for old school glam in her stunning floor-length black ball gown with intricate lace detail on the arms and bust.

Band Bastille also joined the celebrations as the stars got together to raise awareness of breast cancer at the 21st Anniversary Pink Ribbon Ball in London.

Michelle has long been a campaigner for breast cancer after she underwent a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery.

The mother-of-two, who has a three-year-old daughter and a baby son with her husband Hugh Hanley, was diagnosed with a mutated BRCA2 gene in 2012.

She was told that she had an 80 per cent chance of developing breast cancer and a 30 per cent chance of developing ovarian cancer and ultimately decided to go under the knife.

She underwent a life-saving mastectomy in February 2015 and is well on her way to getting back to work following her final radiotherapy treatment.

The Big Reunion star was the picture of health when she sat down with Lorraine Kelly on her ITV show to speak about her post-surgery struggles earlier this year.

The former Liberty X singer looked body-confident as she lifted the lid on her insecurities and how she came to terms with her new body following the operation.

Speaking to The Sun, Michelle revealed: 'I never fathomed getting cancer in those areas again. You almost feel like you're bionic.

'I know to be vigilant and not mess around and to always keep checking because you can never get rid of all the tissue.'

Michele has since credited her family and partner Hugh Hanley for standing by her through her personal battle.
