I have something amazing to share with you. I have used this program in the past myself for at least two and a half years. It is to my knowlege the best cam chat program ever. I have also owned a few of my own rooms and know quite a few of the tricks within it. I definitely give it 10 Cherries.
FREE Version:
Camfrog is webcam software that allows you to join many live streaming video chat rooms. See, hear, and chat with many people at a time. Other video chat software doesnt allow you to join REAL video chat rooms where you can see many people at once. No webcam is required to see people.
PRO Version:
Camfrog Pro allows you to view multiple video windows in video chat rooms. Just hit the "talk" button to talk to the room on audio.
