In the world of house music there are simply tens of thousands of DJ's. let me introduce you to one that we believe is a little different. Born in Harpenden, Hertfordshire UK in 1980 Matt Oakey was brought up as a musician, playing the Piano, Cornet and Guitar. At 16 he found a love for dance music and at 19 decided he to wanted to step behind the decks to bring together his own blend of sounds.





9 Years on and Matt has developed what is proving to be an incredibly unique style. He has retained his passion for melody and harmony from his musical background but has gel'd this with an unmistakable flair for energetic, encapsulating beats that capture your imagination and soul.



Now signed to London based record label Elation Records and a key player in 2 growing UK house night brands, Panache & Plush Puppies Matt is breaking into the international circuit with huge interest coming from Canada, Egypt, Malaysia, South Africa and all across Europe. Matt's passion for both the music and the dance music industry has earned him support from some huge names in the industry including Dtox Twins, Houseplayerz, Jim 'Sharft' Ryan, Ken Fan, Graham Gold and Es Paradis resident MDK.
