Mask
I wear a mask,
So no one will know.
That I have a secret I hold,
Deep down inside me.
A secret that never can be revealed you see.
I can't write about,
I can't find the words.
I wonder how to explain it,
It all seems so absurd.
This secret I hole haunts me everyday,
There is no way it can be erased.
I carry it around,
I do not reveal the pain,
From the secret I hold deep in my veins.
Maybe the day will come,
When there is someone to trust.
Someone I can reveal my secret to.
They will care for me.
They will love me,
And I will know.
Until then my secret I will hold.
