I moved from Florida and bought a house in Kentucky about a year ago. I hate most of the people here but hell, I own a house with no mortgage. The economy here sucks though :/

I like anime. My favorites at the moment are Elfen Lied, Kenshin (except Reflections), Serial Experiments Lain, Hellsing, and Death Note.

I study philosophy, psychology, folklore, mythology, and computer science. If you can guess why I study the first four, add me. I'm a huge OpenBSD/FreeBSD (they're operating systems) geek. I'm also learning Latin and will be taking EMT/Paramedic courses soon, since I know half of the shit anyway.

In Florida I also trained in Yoshinkan Aikido, Muso Shinden Ryu Iaido, San Soo, and on occasion QiGong. I also took Tae Kwon Do for about 3 years in my teens, but I wanted to focus more on ending the fight quickly and less on competition so I grew tired of it. Unfortunately San Soo and especially Aikido are difficult if not pointless to practice solo, so I may wind up going back to TKD now since that's all there seems to be around here. I still work on the others, and I still practice breaking objects however (though personally I'm not likely to strike in a fight, easier to just break their limbs and be done with it <3). I've also been studying Zen for about 5 years now, which I still practice regularly.
