Love in vein
Would a wise man go on living?
If he knew he would hurt again,
or try and find an easy way out,
and die of a mortal sin?
Even if his body lived,
surly his soul would die.
For he would be a cold hearted lover,
without the ability to cry.
Should he be put through the torture?
Should he put someone else through the pain?
Of trying to love a woman,
he could only love in vein.
