LOVE MEDITATION
It only takes half a minute....
get comfortable....
Take a deep breath in.....
a nice long slow breath
that pushes the tummy out
and brings in a beautiful stream of oxygen....
Exhale...
feel that breath releasing slowly
and taking with it any cares and worries
...releasing them,
to be transformed to clear, new possibilities....
Take another deep breath.....
and as you do this,
close your eyes
and see the words
Peace
Love
Gratitude
float across your inner minds eye....
Exhale
knowing that all is well
and everything is exactly as it should be
in the world.....
Feel the centering of your mind
as you rest into the gorgeous zone.
This is so.
.....Peace and Tranquility
is only ever a breath away....
Love is all that really matters..
and love always begins within.....
