Staff Rules
1. No disrespect of any kind to visitors, members or staff.
2. No lounge promoting or link dropping without staff permission.
3. No Racism
4. No drama caused by staff. If you do, you will be given a warning to stop. If you do not stop, you will be silenced, ejected and/or banned.
5. All staff is expected to greet everyone who comes in and acknowledge when they leave.
6. No staff is to harass other staff, members or visitors.
7. No flirting or using of emotes on people you do not know. It has made people very uncomfortable in the past.
8. No flirting, smooching with others in SB, PMs, Yahoo or Skype if you are on duty to watch the lounge.
9. No Sleeping on cam
10. If you have a problem or issue with another staff member or other person, please bring this to Chazz or Jamie’s attention. Do Not state the issue in the lounge. It can be taken to SB, PM, Skype, or YIM.
11. No Staff is to have another staff blocked.
12. If a person becomes a member and they never say anything, they can be ejected if their profile is questionable. This is at lounge owner or general manager’s discretion.
13. Stand Down: If an issue, drama arises in the lounge chat, one primary staff (Chazz, Jamie, Rose) is to handle the situation with another staff as backup. All other staff is to be silent and stand down. If other staff is not silent, they will be silenced.
14. If a visitor comes in and profile is questionable at the start, ban them. Time limit will not apply. Send Jamie and/or Chazz a PM or Skype telling them who you banned and why. If you can, open their profile page and get their profile link due to profile names change.
15. Silence, Eject and Ban Use: If drama starts in the lounge, a warning will be posted informing them to stop and take the drama out of the lounge. If they do not, they will be silenced. The silence will have to be removed by you also. If it continues after silence has been lifted, the person(s) will be ejected. If they come back in and continue, they will be banned.
