On that page you will see Global Storage Settings panel, you need to click on that link and it will bring you to the flash setting pannel

Click the cam on the settings pannel. You will need to allow these sites to allow cam always:
cdn.tokbox.com
static.opentok.com
(if these are not in your list then you will need to add them or attempt to use the services and that will add them to the list)
