Last night, my friend and I were sitting in the living room and I said to her, "I never want to live in a vegetative state. I don't want to be dependent on some machine and fluids from a bottle to keep me alive. Please, as my friend, if that ever happens to me just pull the plug."
She promptly got up, unplugged the TV, and threw out my beer.
