Lies
I am the fool when I keep trying to believe
How stupid can I be
Is it desperation or the loneliness I feel;
Somewhere I lost my ability to put myself first
I believe the words spoken to me
Only to discover they're just lies
I don't really matter to people I see
They use me for their own means
Then discard me after a while
When did I lose my reason
When did I lose my mind
Was it the need to belong
I have no answers to the questions I ask
