| well it has come down to this, my pride n joy is 13 now and has her first boyfiend. she is in jr high and he is 14 and in high school. i know how i was at 14 and it scares the holy s**t out of me. any way he wants her to come over to his parents apartment. they are having a family get together and wants her to meet his family. being miss independent she dont want mommy and daddy there "HOLDING HER HAND", if you know what i mean. i trust my kk not to do any thing dumb as we have went to great trouble to teach our kids whats right and wrong, its him i dont trust. i have never met him. i only know him through my daughter comming home and talking endlessly about him. should i let go of the rope and let her go or should i tie her to a post and say no? |
