Breaking Barriers:

I’m in a world of darkness.

I feel so alone.

I sit in the dark wondering what is going on.

I feel so alone.

I ask myself…

Is anybody out there?

I am so confused…

I plead out…

Somebody please help me

“Somebody…

Anybody…

Please...”

These barriers are coming in closer,

They are refusing to let the light shine through,

Down on me…

Months will pass,

Days will fly by,

Minutes will tick,

But it won’t stop me from standing strong,

I will soon stand up,

And break these barriers down.

Soon, I will no longer let the world spin by me,

People will no longer act as if I am nobody,

They will see me as somebody.

Everyone around me will see me as Stephaney Wacker and I will be Stephaney Wacker. These barriers will no longer control me,

They will no longer run my life.

I will soon gain strength and knock these barriers down.

They will never stand in my way again…
