ok, so i train all the new sales people at the dealership i work at...normally they all go through the same cycle... train them they realize they dont want their deals split they try it by themselves and fall on their faces coem back, ask for help retrain them and theyre fine after that.
well i've got this new person now i'm training and she is picking this stuff up entirely too slow, and not listening to learn..i've been trying to show a lot of patience with her and taking the time to train her is costing me some of my own car deals ..the managers that hired her have a lot of faith in her and want to keep her onboard but i know they will let her go on about her way if they get word from me... so i'm trying to figure out a difference way to teach her... or should i let her go on and find something that will work for her.
shes been in sales before, but not car sales and its a whole different monster...shes use to people coming into a store and pointing at what they want she writes them up and thats about it |
