Ive been in physical therapy for 12 weeks after an injury in late June. I need several surgeries but I cant do it any time soon for various reasons . Ive been told to do physical therapy to strengthen surrounding muscles but theres no other point since I wont be doing the surgeries. Pt is causing me more pain than anything else.

Should I keep going or nah?
(Ill need extensive pt after the surgeries as well.)
