| Ok, so there is this manager at work that is a complete jerk. Everyday it's the same thing. I am nothing but nice and polite and he has nothing even half way decent to say to me. So, Because I like my job I have just been going with the flow and not complaining to anyone but my sister who happenes to work at the same place as me. I normally don't hate people but this guy is really making my life at work hell. Which leads me to my problem, should I just suck it up and deal with the jerk or should I go to the boss and inform him of my problems? |
