I have somewhat of a choice in my job in front of me. I could be transfered to Italy (from Germany) to be the single IT guy for all of the military bases in Italy, Spain and Greece. Problem is that I would not get anywhere further in IT by doing this. A dead-end position so to speak. OR I could wait and work my way into our Headquarters office in Colorado where I would be able to utilize my Microsoft certifications and have plenty of space to grow in the IT field.....Italy or Career?
