My landlord is majorly irking me. He makes threats, yells at me, threatens to evict me because my other roommates haven't given me all the rent they owe so I can't pay all my rent. He one day threatens to trow only me out, then somedays threatens just to boot matt. He told me that I should do "extras" at the dance club to make more money. I'm getting fed up. Then today he calls and texts me all fucking day and doesn't care that I AM AT WORK and wants me to leave early so that he can talk to me and the roommates face to face. He starts randomly asking for peoples phone numbers yadda yadda. And just being an asshole in general. He was supposed ot fix all this bs in the house COURT ORDERED!!!! Legally I shouldn't have to pay. I'd love to have a strict inspecter come in here look the place over and tell him what he needs to fix. My porch is LITERALLY rotting to the point where matt and I leaned on it and it fell off. Matt took the rest off because it was dangerous and may have hurt one of us. The floor to it is rotten. The landlord was court odreded to fix the wondow that was broken, never did that, was supposed to fix out roof, did a half ass job and it still leaks at times, I hear it through the hole in my bathroom. He wants keys to the house, which I dont want ot give him because he just walk in and comes into my room when im sleeping. He knows I sleep nude. He used to walk in on matt and I having sex when we were enguaged. He would show the house and show men me sleeping nude. Just brought people in. And he thinks he deserves keys to my house and private bedrooms? Yeah right. Its getting to the point where I'm ready to leave and not look back. If he harasses me one more time I'm leaving end of the month I'm not dealing with this bullshit anymore and I shouldn't have to. So much that was court ordered to be fixed that I didn't even list on here and that NEVER got done. Matt was the one who went to court over it so Idk the rest of the details and I wish he would go back and get the slumlord to fix all the crap. We have broken doors because of how old they are. They are cracked and easily pushed open even when locked. Its dangerous.
