I ama personal trainer with my own home based fitness business. I also like to write in my spare time about the biker lifestyle that I love so much. Right now I am trying to establish a chapter of the Guardians of the Children in my area of Northern Virginia. GOC is a biker organization out of Texas that is against child abuse, that is here to eduacte those on child abuse of all types. I think its time that child abuse is stopped and predators know there is a national organization out there to protect our wounded children from them. I am married and have 3 children two of which are still living at home. My wife works for Uncle Sam and if I knew what she did I guess she would have to kill me (lol). My passion is first and most of all my wife and my family, and then to get a chapter of GOC here in Northern Virginia no matter what it takes to help abused children in the greater DC area.
My interest is to help others achieve their fitness and health goals to become more fit and healthy. My other interest are helping the abused children in my area and have them feel more secure and save knowing that their are people out there who care.
I also like to write in my spare time about the biker lifestyle I love so much. To me being a biker is being free and being with my biker friends having a cookout or just sitting around having drinks. I hope one day to have a custom trike since my Harley was totaled in a accident last October. I thank God everyday I am here on this earth to live out one more day with the ones I love.

movies I like are anything that has a good story line from action to yes XXX. My favorite movies are Last of the Mochians, Easy Rider, Wild Angels, Batman Begins, X -Men all 3, Spider man (both), Dances with wolves.
Idols
My idol or hero is and will always be my father. The man who took the time from after a hard days work when I was little would teach me how hit and play baseball and football. He also was strict but you know I respect him for that since it made me a better man. He taught me to respect others no matter what their skin color was or where they were from, everyone is equal. I know he is up above looking down being proud of what I have done in my life. Just wish he was here to see my kids growning up.
