Yes - Always show free shipping method, even if not applicable.
No- Show free shipping only when applicable.
viii. In the Sort Order number space, enter a number to determine the position of Free Shipping in the list of shipping methods during checkout (0= First, 1= Second, 2= Third, and so on).
4. Click the Save Config button.
5. To enable and configure Free Shipping in your UPS configuration:
i. Click and expand the UPS configuration in the Shipping Methods configuration.
ii. In UPS section, set Free Method to ‘Ground’.
iii. To set a minimum order amount for free shipping, ‘Enable’ Free Shipping with Minimum Order Amount.
iv. Fill in the required min. amount in the field of Minimum Order Amount for Free Shipping.
6. Click the Save Config button.
