Don I mus. A man who has been in the broadcasting business for many years. Said something in poor judgement to make light of a womans basketball team.
NO while I agree that he said someting very wrong. BUt here is where I walk that dangerous line.
If some one like Chris Rock, or any other black personality made this comment. People would have laughed at this statement.
I am sorry, I am not a racist, or whatever term you would like to use. But this man is not being treated fairly in my opinion.
I mean when a black comedian makes fun of the way white men dance. You don't hear us cry out in rage. We laugh and aknowledge the fact we can't dance.
I am sorry, I don't think what he said was proper. But I also don't think that the punishment is fit for the crime. Suspend his ass,, yes, fire his ass, NO.
I am sorry, this just got blown way too far out of proportion.
