chances are i love you, even if i don't like you, or want to know you. i am sure i want less from you then the television screens you so willingly throw your souls at every saturday morning, filling up on your sugary breakfast cereals. every one made a big stink when they finally figured out joe camel was a cartoon. and cartoons market to children. but no one seems to mind the silly trix rabbit. most of us don't even consider high fructose corn syrup a drug. we are a caffeine speed junkie country. well jumping jack and jill me off. where is your trusted preacher now? chances are they don't give a fuck about you. lets pass around the collection plate. enlightenment can only be sought by those looking to help better themselves. i may be a hero to many minds but i will drop you off to save mine. no, i won't jump in to save you when all your doing is pulling me down to drown. but if you can stand on your own two feet and admit to yourself, we are all humans. we all need help from time to time. there is no more then mortal seeing to guide us. as humans we must trust ourselves to see and choose the path that we feel is right. regret is a bag of dead flesh, it is you in that bag. it is every single piece of dead skin cells you ever left behind. it is every single moment of your past. sink or swim. let go the rubble that weighs your heart so. please do not discredit your history but, please, please, please do not become blinded by it. you still have today. you still have right now. you still have time to change. stand on your feet and face forward. it is not easy, it's never been easy to succeed in harnessing the outside energies towards the greater goal of good of whole. but it is easy to be honest and try. im sure i love you. even if i don't know you. or don't want to. -eab
