at work we have safty devices that can save lives well i chose to ignoe it.I RAN MY MACHINE WITHOUT THE SAFTY BARS IN . A POLE CAME LOOSE AND FELL OUT OF THE CHUCK.i tryed to stop it and it landed on me hand and broke it .thank god thats all that happened it could have killed somone
