What are you waiting for?
If Love had roots,
it would seep through the quiet
flesh of winter's earth,
and drink from a stream
of cold spring that escaped
the wrath of ice.
Somewhere in the woods,
after a long, tired
night, a fresh leaf emerges,
brushed by the youthful green
that with long strides
gallops over the gray landscape.
When the flirtatious
daughters of the dandelions,
begin to spread their passion
back and forth
to wherever the air flows,
Love heals its wound.
Like a rebellious
grizzly awakens, in a mountain
cave sealed by glacier,
it shakes off the snow
on its back, and blooms
with a Roar!
