I, Me, and Myself
I just joined this place this week. So, but for a handful, most here would hardly know me. Therefore, I thought, wtf, lemme tell ya something about myself.
I was born on New York. My Mom, Steffie, and my father separated when I was two, and I went on in the care of my Mom. Both of them remarried, and by the time I was nine, my Mom had married yet again. This stepfather of mine was a pain in the ass, and was constantly haranguing (spelling right? I hope!) me. At age 13, I and another friend of mine, then 17, who was also facing problems at home, decided to run away from home. This friend had some other very distant relative, with whom she was in touch, in Las Vegas, and that's what brought us here. Soon, she landed some small modelling contracts and then got a job at a bar as a waitress. A few months down the line she was working at a nightclub as a waitress. In the meanwhile she took some dancing lessons and started working as a stripper at the same club.
We continued to live together, and she started getting all kinds of calls from her male and female friends. Many of them became somewhat close to me also. A little before I was 15, I lost my virginity to my then best friend, Ryan, who was then about 17. I accompanied my friend to her club often, and also wanted to be a dancer at a nightclub. As I was quite outgoing and vivacious and bold, I developed a lot of friends too. We started partying, smoking, boozing, and generally had a great time. All my friends thought I looked very beautiful, and would make a great show biz girl. I myself aspired to be one. Many boyfriends entered and exited my life at this time.
When I was nearing 19, I came in touch with Mark, then nearing 20, and he had just landed up a job at a nightclub. We became great friends, and soon started living together. I told him that I wanted to enter show biz and was looking for a career at a nightclub as a dancer, just like my friend, who was always surrounded by friends. He was very receptive of this, and told me that he would fully support my endeavour, and he proved true to his word.
We have been together for about a little less than two years now, but I think it may be the time to move on. We have had certain incompatibilities, to put it mildly.
