OK I need some input. A friend of mine thinks that it is alright to tell someone that he will call them back and never does. He thinks that it is "bitching" when I call him the next day and say "Hey what happened? Are you ok? You never called me back!"
SO here is my question is it bitching or is he wrong??? |
