| First off thank you for all the support from everyone regarding this, it was one of the toughest days of my life. I brought the dog to the vet and within minutes was told the dog has bad cancer, spreading in her throat and also with a lump on her rear leg. The dogs trouble breathing and seeing both stemmed from the cancer. I was told she was 90 percent blind and it would only get worse. I was also told my dog had until the end of the summer to live at the longest. I was given the choice of put her down now so she doesnt have to live her last months walking into walls and breathing heavy or i could give her shots to minumize the cancer along with giving her pills to help the pain. Keep in mind no matter what i did she only had a couple months left. I put her to sleep......what would you have done? |
