Check this out, in the last six months Ive lost over 60lbs, and turned my life around.
This is how it came about.
Well let me start from the beginning, about 7 or 8 months ago I was living out of my car . Me and the wife hadnt been getting along for quite some time and this was only one of the many times I had to leave home. I was to proud to let anyone know what was going on in my life, and figured Id sleep in my car and shower at work rather than tell my family what was going on. Even though they would have gladly had me stay with them.
For years I was depressed and miserable, and slowly killing myself with food.
My kids and wife had myspace accounts, and while at work one day I was showing my buddy their pictures on myspace.
Alone and on my own, I started looking up old friends on MySpace.
I had only found one old girlfriend from high school, but I wasnt even sure if it was her or not. After quite some time of wondering , my buddy talked me into contacting her.
So I started a myspace account and sent her an email. I never really thought she would write back , but she did, and we emailed back and forth for a while just catching up. She was real easy to talk to, and convinced me my family would understand what I was going through, and I didnt need to be embarrassed about my situation.
For the first time in my life, I finally started letting my brothers & sister know what I was going through, and how miserable life was for me.
At the time I was extremely overweight. I am 5'6" and weighed almost 250 lbs. I was terrified that if I ever saw this girl in person, I would be totally embarrassed about how I looked . I had really let myself go in the last 10 years . I just didnt care anymore.
So now the fun begins , Knowing someday I might run into this gorgeous looking girl, who I couldnt let see in the condition I was in. I started immediately , eating right, joining the health club and riding my bike to work (50 miles round trip). It wasnt easy, to say the least. I felt like quiting every single day, but the one thing keeping me on track was knowing someday, I just might run into her. I got a lot of encouragement from my buddies at work, they had all known what I had been going through, and they even tried getting into shape with me. We even started a "Biggest Loser" contest at work.
Whats truley amazing, is that for the last 15 years doctors have told me that if I didnt get my weight down and cholestrol under control, I was going to die of a heart attack (and soon).
I couldnt do this for myself , for the doctors or even my kids .
It was this beautiful " Friend " who had just come into my life, that did it for me. She is my lifesaver and a true friend.

Im now down 70 lbs, Ive dropped 6 pant sizes, and I am in the best shape of my life. I feel great, and I am loving life once again.
My life has done a complete 360 degree turn.
