| I smoke about 2 packs a day. Been smoking for like 17 years now. It's a nasty habit, I don't like it & my son has been telling me to quit for about 2 years now. I've tried the gum, but just end up chewing it, spitting it out & then lighting up again. Has anyone tried any of the products out there that worked for you? I've also tried cold turkey, but that's just not happening. |
