Ok so I just got divorced in October of 08. Now I am about 3 months behind on my mortgage as I have no money. My credit sucks and I need to stay here at least until May until my son graduates highschool, Although I only want to move one town over.

A:Is there anyone out there with a suggestion for a solution?
