First let me say I am SHOCKED at how some people live. More than that, I am shocked at what people do to a house.
I have been house hunting for a while now. I thought I had seen it all by now. Today I was in a house that actually scared me.
From the outside, it was a cute red brick house, corner lot, attached 1 car garage. I walk in & the smell is unreal! The hardwood floors are trashed, parts of the ceiling are coming down & there are ciggy butts in the kitchen drain. We get in the bathroom, There is mold everywhere & cat shit in the totally rusted out tub.
The basement.....oh the basement. That house had once been super cute with an electric fireplace in the finished basement. Apparently, someone turned the water on & left for a week. All the tiles were curled up, there was black mold everwhere & the ceiling was down in a few places. I had an asthma attack.
How can someone live in that? Much less, try to sell it?
I really don't understand people.
