First, I'm a professional freelance writer and artist who works at home. While I've had shows of my art, some of which has sold for thousands, it just couldn't sustain me, and pay the rent, so I've pretty much given up on that as my dream of hitting the big time and have concentrated on my writing.

Second, I'm an amputee. I lost the lower part of my right leg in a motorcycle accident when I was 20. I have a prosthesis (pretty damn cool one too, with green glow-in-the-dark skulls all over it), and can pretty much do anything I could before I lost my leg (and trust me, there's nothing wrong with my 'other' parts).

Third, and this is something I've only recently been able to admit to anyone, I'm bisexual. Well, the truth is at this time I'm bi-curious I guess you could say, since I haven't been with a man. However, I do want that to change soon, and hope to bring that about.

Now, other than liars and hypocrites, I have lots of love for people. Although I was and am a total nerd who's a Trekker (or Trekkie if that's your bent), a former member of the chess, mathematics, and music clubs while in school, I'm also a former jock (fullback and shooting guard from my high school days).

I got along with everyone, and still do. I hung out with the stoners and Metal Heads, and found it just as easy to chill with the Hip-Hop crowd when I was living in Compton when I was a kid. My musical interests are so varied and eclectic it's sometimes hard for people to understand me.

The one thing they should understand, is that I'm not gonna take or listen to any racist or prejudiced BS. To me, racists and bigots are so beyond ignorant it would be laughable if it wasn't so hurtful to so many people.

Finally, I'm an agnostic. I'm not an atheist. I think many atheists are just as dogmatic and foolish in their complete desire to think they know it all as any fundamentalist religious person is. To me, the only truly sane people on the planet are those like me, who recognize they don't have ANY answers when it comes to how we got here, why we're here, or what comes next.

Agnostics like me know they don't know enough to make any claims, and don't. If there's an afterlife, we'll all find out about it. To me, worrying about it and following the words and dictates of some desert nomads who lived thousands of years ago is the height of insanity.

However, don't get the impression I buy into the total con job of Evolution, either. That, along with organized religion, is the biggest hoax ever foisted on mankind. Sorry to anyone who feels otherwise, or feels I'm a fool for thinking so, but there are numerous pieces of evidence that completely disproves the idea of evolution, including the fact there are no documented transitions in the fossil records (and please spare me any pathetic claims otherwise), and Evolution, even according to the father of the idea, Darwin, demands that there be some.
