I found my self blue in the rain
Getting off the afternoon train
Walking through the muddy street
Where people were talking and trying to meet
A crisp wind with a dampened breeze
Blowing from the wet trees
Chilling me to the bone
Wishing for the warmth of home
Just two more blocks till we meet
And I can dry off my wet feet
Too long the days that we have missed
