Born + raised in Grandest Rapids, MI - I am a 2004 graduate of Alma College. I graduated from NPTI in March '07 and I really do LOVE my job. I am a Personal Trainer at a small studio gym in Birmingham, and I couldn't be happier. I also run my own training business in the R.O...and I'm going for my Group Fitness Instruction certification soon, so maybe come to a class or two of mine? Think about it and let me know.
