OK here's my delima, I was involved in a wreck where my 2008 Mercedes Benz SLK convertible was totalled by a drunk who ran a red light, his insurance company is willing to replace the car, but they do not want to repaint it to my specifications like my other one was,(Charcoal Gray) should I hold out for the paint job, or sue the insurance company?
