I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and relocated to New Mexico almost a year ago for an adventure. So far, its been fun to live somewhere completely different. Both places have beautiful and fascinating wild areas, although I'm still only begining to explore NM.

I'm happily married, I live in a little two bedroom adobe house, and I work in a bookstore (which I love.) I'm fanatically organized at work, and terribly messy at home. I'm an artist, but I'm shy about showing my work. I procrastinate. I love to be inspired. I'm playful. I like change. I like fixing things. I like to solve puzzles. I'm a brat. I'm a good campfire cook. I love to sing, but not where anyone can hear me. I think one of the best ways to find out a friendship is going to work, is not only when you laugh at the same things, but when you find yourself laughing in key. I like to sit in the sun by a creek and read all day. My favorite place in the whole world is 7 miles south of Yachats on the Oregon Coast. My mother was a therapist, my dad a winemaker, and I read a lot of Heinlein growing up.
