LIKE FRUIT.EVIN A PBNJ.IF UR HUNGRY TO MUCH DURING THE DAY IT MEANS U ARE NOT EATING A NUFF.
I HAVE WAFFLES AND FRUIT LOOPS FOR BREAKFEST N A GLASS OF MILK N WATER.
I DO NOT EAT JUNK FOOD WHICH WILL HELP U A LOT.
