For my graduate capstone project (Masters thesis), I have chosen to conduct a research study on the current level of public support for and interest in the future exploration initiatives of sending man back to the Moon and to the planet Mars. The responses that you provide to the attached survey will be used to determine the level of support and interest of the average American.
Please take a few moments to share your opinions and attitudes. Responses submitted on the survey will be completely confidential. Findings will be released as analyzed data or as summaries, and individual answers will not be identified or traceable.
