Why did God let you come and see the despair, And how is it that I was blessed with knowing? My heart on my sleeve, And my words, do they touch you? When I am talking to you, And when I am seeing you, Do you know I am in Heaven? Why was I allowed to see such beauty, When he knew I felt so lost? Why was I allowed to gaze into Heaven, When I looked into your eyes? I may never have the answers, But my heart is yours, And I know that with an angel Such as you, My heart will remain in Heaven.
