Sensual Massage

Delights of "Sensual" Tantric Massage...

I like "ordinary" sensual massages and of course will do so for whoever would like to receive one. Though some people would like to experience tantric massage for the first time or they already have and want this type of massage experience. 

Here’s what I do; to begin with and help set the mood for an ideal environment; I dim the lights and burn some scented candles or incense, whilst playing some relaxing music.  I warm the room so that both of us will be comfortable.  It’s always best to start at a temperature in which both of us are comfortable with especially since we should both be naked.

There can be various oils to use, though I’ve encountered some partners who are allergic to some oils, such as coconut; though typically I use some kind of scented mineral oil, massage oil, essential oils, or good old baby oil - or edible massage creams, lotions or powder. Generally the choice is up to those I am massaging as I am happy using whatever oils, creams or powder, as I want to make the experience as pleasurable to my partner - so let them decide. 

To start with I use around two tablespoons of oil poured into my hands.  Then rubbing my hands together so that they will be nice and warm to the touch. 

(Too many people forget this vital procedure and often place cold hands onto the awaiting body that’s wanting to be in a calm and relaxed state of mind, only to be given a shock-factor with cold hands being placed on them.  You’ve indirectly unsettled them and will take some minutes for them to calm back down and for your hands to warm-up if of course you are rude enough to continue with cold hands.  Perhaps you could soak your hands in warm water before pouring the oil into your hands.)

I then proceed placing my hands on your lower back and let my hands glide up your back all the way up to the neck, around the shoulders and back down, over the buttocks and the pubis area and continue this flowing motion for some time.

Now that I’ve rubbed the oil all over your back I begin with my hands parallel to each other and slide them down each side of the spine, massaging all the way down to the lower back and over the buttocks and again slide my hands up all the way to the neck, over the shoulders and down the arms to the fingertips.  Repeating this motion at least eight times.  (As I do this I normally ask for feedback, though if you’re not the talkative type, then I tend to make the massage softer than too strong, as remember this is tantric and not a sports massage.  It’s all about giving as much pleasure as I can and basically if I’m doing things right I can generally see how someone’s body is reacting or perhaps little sighs my partner may make and why often there’s no need to ask for feedback.)

To add variation I alternate one hand after the other as I pull up and stroke the sides of your body.  I start by placing both of my hands over one of your hips and then gently pull up towards the spine, thus slightly arching it and apply a rocking motion.

I then move my hands to your waist and again pull up towards the spine gently arching you and suspending you for a few seconds at a time and repeat this action.

I then take my hands to the side of your chest area and in this case pull towards myself and lightly stretching your spine as I place my hands just under your armpits and then pull up towards the spine not forgetting to do both sides and several times at that.

Before I start a kneading process of squeezing your back and buttocks between my thumb and fingers in a flowing motion (not too hard – unless preferred) I gently drip some oil so as it runs down between your buttocks, - I do this with one hand and then again with the other hand.  I then slide my hands to another area on the back and repeat it until you have been well kneaded from your neck to your buttocks. (The fleshy parts of the body like the buttocks can stand more pressure, so I tend to squeeze just a little harder and gently spread the cheeks as I knead. This can be very pleasurable feeling for the receiver.)

Before I move onto the outer and inner thigh areas I gently caress your neck, shoulders, arms, back and buttocks with my fingertips in very light feather strokes for at least five or more minutes.  Even though I deliberately keep my fingernails short, I gently scratch your body with them in a combination of circular motions, long fluid motions and from side to side.

My light, tickly strokes and caresses help create a sensual anticipation as you won’t know where you are going to be tickled, scratched or touched next. (I have short hair, yet when receiving a tantric massage some females who have medium to long hair and don’t mind getting oil in it, have used their hair to caress my body. It is very erotic and highly memorable!) I also gently drip oil over your pubis area and let it run down between your legs.

Doing one leg at a time and using more oil; I now use a hand slide technique on your thighs and calves in slow flowing motions. Followed with kneading strokes and then the feathery ones.

Our feet are a major erogenous zone and why I like to give (and receive) those tootsies some attention!  Taking one foot at a time and smothering it in oil, I spread it around the ankle, the heel, and in between the toes, pinching each toenail in turn.

Using a combination of my palm and the knuckles of my hand I slide it over the bottom of your foot in back and forth motions about six times. Gently rotating your ankles and then every toe clockwise and counter-clockwise and finally slithering my forefinger ---- between each toe and gently pulling each toe.

By this time you will probably have a smile on your face as every part of your bodies sensations would have been heightened and should be feeling this way as the massage is so relaxing and sensual.  This is when I will continue the massage by focusing on the stomach and chest areas. Rubbing plenty of massage oil in my hands and then putting them lightly on top of the belly button, slowly sliding them up the centre of your stomach and around your nipples, then back down to the belly button.  I do this at least six times because it feels really good and it’s moving energy around the entire body.  (Of course I am very gentle around female chest area, knowing male chests can handle firmer strokes, though if you too preferred more firmness I will oblige.  In fact the male chest can even handle some kneading, which I like, whereas lighter feather strokes are more appropriate and pleasurable on and around your chest area and why I tend to do this.)

So basically, this how I conduct a sensual tantric massage that can be developed on and how the massage continues is up to how and what else you would like to feel and experience – and will now leave that to the imagination. 

 

So I would like to explain a little about “tantric massage” and how I like to conduct one.  Many people often question, ‘what is tantric, and can “they” do it as well?  And basically the answer is yes, yet unlike “certified” massage therapists who have taken their relative courses, there is no requirement to be “qualified” to give a tantric massage, though it would of course help were you experienced in the field and so you at least know your way around the body.
