Can you feel the call of the moon? Getting lost in his mysterious ways. Hiding behind the daze of the clouds, refusing to let his rays beem down. Selfish in a way, is he. Can you feel the pull of your gaze? Demanding the attention of your soul. The becon of the night. Lucious an full he can't wait. When morning comes it'll be to late. Can you see him? Humble in his glory. If you listen he's telling a story. A story yet to be deciphered. A story yet to be known. Still, on he sings, using the wind, the trees, and the rain. The moon is calling. Desperate to be heard. You can feel it in every miss-taken word. Lonely and sad. Sorrow, but he continues on. Repeating every note of a forgotten song. The moon is calling. He's calling to you.

Hoping on the sunshine.

Wishing on a cloud.

Praying on a rainbow.

Watch the light come down.

Dreaming on a star. 

Living on a thread. 

Believing the best in life,

is still up ahead. 

Moving with the time.

Holding on to the past. 

Letting memories fill us, 

looking through the glass.

Knowing time is changing.

Changing with the times.

Letting loved ones hold us,

before they leave us behind.

Telling a story.

It's yours to tell.

Pen to paper

Paper to pen.

I know the words

But can't write them.

Sorrow and tears

Emotions unclear.

Swift and silent. 

Deadly as a bullet. 

Theres nothing more u can say.

Tossing and turning like waves on the beach. 

You keep me at bay with the way that you speak. 

Lifting and missing 

my emotions as you go. 

There's no way you couldn't have known. 

Lost in the silence,

Lifting and shifting 

along the path. 

It's like looking at my life, 

through an hour glass. 

Here and there. 

Suddenly everywhere 

and gone. 

Just gone, 

like the winds dying song
