Ok people, heres the deal i made a resolution to stop smoking and well i havent even wanted one woohoo but theres a problem houston, well i am very slinder 135-140 pounds 6'0" tall and have been this build all my life well back to highschool cant remember before that but i never was fat now here is my toss up!!!
I want to eat alot

so do i go and get a gym membership or

give it a week or 2 and see if the wanting to eat tapers off

I really dont no what to do so i come to yall for help
