Today, my 4 year old daughter was outside playing with friends and came back in with no shoes. When I asked her what happened, she told me one of the girls threw her shoe in the sewer and then ran off with the other. The story makes sense, since when I went outside there was one of her shoes sitting on the little girl's front step. I talked to the girl and her mom, but you know how girls lie and she said another girl did it and of course, she said the other one did. I am not totally mad, since they were an older pair of shoes, but it's the point. If it was one of those girls, their mom would be screaming in my face. What should I do? Should I try to make that mom pay for the shoes or have my daughter toss something of that girl's into the sewer as well. Girls will be girls u know?!
