Jazz: I prefer fusion - Chick Corea, Billy Cobham, Stanley Jordan.
Classical: Heavy on the Bach, always switching off between Wendy Carlos and Vivaldi, and have a serious thing about Aaron Copeland's stuff.
Actually, anything that doesn't involve mirror balls, 40s and blunts, or cowboy hats (with a repectful nod to Willie and Johnny, they don't count), I'll likely listen to.

Ultima Online is my gaming habit of choice; the longest running MMORPG in gaming history, with more content than you can shake a joystick at. I play the Atlantic shard, if you're so inclined.
